Refund policy

We have a 48-hour exchange policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened where applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, please contact Uniquehome.lb within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Please provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the item so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or exchange where applicable.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items cannot be exchanged if they have been:

Used or installed
Damaged after delivery
Removed from their original packaging where the packaging is necessary for resale
Altered or modified in any way

Items must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, parts, and labels included.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the replacement item is more expensive than the original item, the customer will be required to pay the price difference.

If the replacement item is lower in value, the difference will not be refunded.

For exchanges requested due to a change of preference, the customer is responsible for any applicable delivery or exchange fees.

If the exchange is required because the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective, Uniquehome.lb will cover the applicable exchange delivery fees.
